No, it applies to both custom and semi-custom builds.

Will Story Builders work directly with my client without me?

Absolutely not. Unless it’s preferred by the agent. We respect and protect your relationship with your client at every step.

What if my client doesn’t have a lot yet?

We can help them find one through our network of land partners.

Do I need to sign a formal agreement to participate?

No long contracts. Simply fill out the form to register and we’ll send you the program details and an official initiation for your client.

Can I use my own lender or title company?

Yes, we’re flexible and happy to work with your preferred service providers but have a list of great ones if you want additional options.
